As of 2013, we have been awarded our water flag. Congratulations to everyone that took part.
The next two years will be spent working on obtaining the Travel Flag. All support is appreciated. Best of luck to all involved!
About Our Progress
Recently we have submitted our Application Form for our third Green Flag - The Water Flag. The Green Schools Committee are currently awaiting a response from An Taisce regarding this. Stay tuned for updates!
First Green Flag
We got our first green flag for our analysis and reduction of litter and waste in school. We were awarded it in 2009.
Second Green Flag
We got our second green flag for our analysis and reduction of energy in school. We were awarded it in 2010. Please visit the press release section of our website for an article and photos from the day the second green flag was awarded to the school. The other sections of the site will show you how we maintained our previous flag, as well as graphs of surveys conducted within the school.
